Our Classes
| Dragons |
 |
Our Young Dragons program is an exciting class designed to meet the needs of 4-6-year-old kids, teaching basic martial arts techniques and important life skills. This is an exciting, fast-paced program that really gets the kids involved. Dragons meets once weekly, and students can make up any missed classes during any of the other scheduled Dragons classes. |

| Tigers |
| |
Geared toward the 7- and 8-year-old crowd, our Tigers are the next step in the pursuit of black belt excellence. This class builds on the basic martial arts techniques by introducing more advanced skills and training. Tigers meet twice weekly and the class instructor will arrange make up “stripes.” |

| Youth |

Our Youth class is a traditional martial arts program geared towards kids ages 8-12. A fast-paced, focused, and fun program, students advance from beginner to black belt excellence. |

| Adult Beginner |
 |
For new students ages 13 and up, the adult program teaches the traditional martial art of Tae Kwon Do, the Korean art of self-defense. Train at your own pace , refine your skills and abilities, and watch yourself succeed. |

| Adult Mixed |

This class is for students 13 and up who have some experience in our program. The ranks generally range from Gold belts through high-level black belts. Build on your skill base, hone your techniques, and achieve black belt excellence! |

| Intensive Training |

This class is for experienced adults who want to learn more about Tae Kwon Do. Each class has a different topic and delves into the history of Tae Kwon Do and the “why we do things this way” of martial arts. Bring your notebooks and get ready to expand your knowledge, and your muscles. |

This is a high-energy, fun-filled fitness class. Come prepared to sweat while toning your way to a healthier you! This class involves energetic routines, light free weights, and tons of fun! |

Our Fun Intensive Training is a great fitness class that combines many elements of different workout styles. Sure to put a smile on your face, come prepared to work hard and enjoy yourself! |

Join us for one hour of our all-level hatha yoga class! Complete with traditional postures, breathing exercises, and complete relaxation, this class is great for anyone of any age and any shape. |

Workshops
| FAST Defense |
 |
FAST stands for Fear, Adrenaline, and Stress Training. These workshops for men and women ages 18 and over teach students how to handle themselves in attack situations. From verbal to physical tools, a FAST workshop will teach you essential techniques to keep you confident and safe in any situation.
